Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive – TFM to drive growth through the acquisition of Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FM services sales, client acquisition, tendering, and contract negotiation within the UAE market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Total Facilities Management (TFM) services
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term FM contracts
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate service offerings
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting documentation
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) or TFM business development
  • Proven track record in contract acquisition and sales within the UAE FM industry
  • Strong knowledge of hard services, soft services, and integrated FM solutions
  • Experience in handling tenders, bidding, and proposal writing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
