The Business Development Manager - Facility Management is a crucial role within our organization, tasked with driving growth and expanding our client base in the facility management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to tap into those opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in business development or sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the facility management industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform strategic decision-making.
