Business Development Manager - Construction Services

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients and driving sustainable growth within the property maintenance and renovation sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of successfully developing and securing new business in this target market. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential business opportunities in the property maintenance and renovation sector.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients 
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients to secure long-term partnerships.
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer support and follow-up.
• Maintain an updated database of potential clients, partners, and business contacts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a business development role within the property maintenance and renovation sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
