Job Description

The Business Development Manager for Construction Services plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the services we offer. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a business development role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of construction services and relevant industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications for business development tasks.
