Job Description

The Business Development Manager for Construction Equipment will take charge of expanding and enhancing the company's market presence in the construction equipment sector. This role is integral to driving the business forward through strategic planning, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry, complemented by strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction equipment industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

  • Coordinate with the product development team to align offerings with market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in business development within construction equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the construction equipment market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable business strategies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and industry partners.
  • Experience with CRM software and business development tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
