Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3–7 years of B2B sales experience in selling BPM preferably ARIS
Strong understanding of Business Process Management concepts and technologies
(e.g., RPA, workflow automation, process mining).
Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and close mid-to-large enterprise
deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
