Your Role in VT Markets

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), and supporting both retail and IB partners to achieve growth and satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and a strong understanding of financial markets operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or IB management in the financial markets industry.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, KYC processes, deposits/withdrawals, and basic trading operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, events, and expos.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Farsi or others) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead and achieve performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact new potential clients on a daily basis and convert leads into active accounts.
  • Support new clients through the registration and KYC process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and answer questions about the company’s trading platforms.
  • Assist clients with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Guide clients on processes related to deposits, withdrawals, and trading (without providing financial advice).
  • Acquire new IBs through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing IBs, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Help new IBs develop their business from the ground up (0 to 100), providing continuous support.
  • Retain and grow relationships with existing IBs, ensuring their business continues to expand with the company.
  • Actively attend meetings with clients and IBs to explore business opportunities.
  • Travel locally and internationally for financial market events and high-value client meetings when required.
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as specified in the employment contract (tracked on a monthly basis).
  • Follow company policies, working hours, and professional standards at all times.
