Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Business Development Manager with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions sales across the UAE and broader GCC market.

In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence by collaborating closely with channel partners, OEMs, and enterprise clients to position GWC Networks’ advanced technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the UAE market to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
• Partner Ecosystem Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and key OEMs across the Middle East.
• Strategic Positioning: Effectively present GWC Networks' core capabilities—specializing in cybersecurity, network observability, and IT integration—to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Pipeline Management: Own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and technical scoping to final contract negotiation.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor regional technology trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging business opportunities within the UAE.
  
  

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development within the IT, networking, or cybersecurity sectors in the UAE/GCC region.
• Professional Network: An established network of channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise accounts across the UAE is highly advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to business leaders.
