Job Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities and fostering win-win relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to benefit the company’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on business strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial reports and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Define and implement strategic roadmaps for business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and agreed deliverables.
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand professional network.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to develop future business leaders within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through successful business development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business development or related role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
