Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute plans that align with the organization's objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills essential.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
