Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for driving the growth and success of our business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective customers effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers for business impact.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and forecast to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, dynamics, and market principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
