Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at 20N25, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and to support the implementation of business initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote company services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important business metrics.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff to enhance skills and ensure successful team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and industry insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and conferences.
