Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans that align with our business goals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Present business development plans and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build business connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with a strategic and innovative approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
