Job Description

The Business Development Manager 18D25 is a key role at our company, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities through research and market analysis techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business development targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and presentations.
  • Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to align services with market needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's brand.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets effectively.
  • Experience in managing and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
