Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our company's growth strategy.   • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, economic indicators, and competitor analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills essential.
