  • Lead and mentor junior business development staff to cultivate a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in business development.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert client needs into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and business intelligence tools for data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
