Job Description

The Business Development Manager at 14J25 is a vital role that focuses on driving growth and expanding the company's marketplace presence.   • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients while ensuring company interests are protected.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on key business development projects and initiatives.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to company values and quality standards in all business development activities.
  • Deliver feedback to management regarding possible improvements and adjustments to strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of proven business development and sales management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive business success.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
