Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs, generating business interest.
  • Maintain and update client databases to track business development and follow-ups effectively.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to guide decision-making for senior management.
  • Mentor and train junior business development staff to foster professional growth and productivity.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on business development strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote services to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and market development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and apply insights to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools to enhance operations.
