Job Description

A Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within any organization, driving the strategic growth of a company by identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and strengthening existing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient implementation of business strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Monitor competitive environment and provide insights to improve company’s market position.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with business strategies and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing literature and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in business development practices.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress and strategies for achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business practices within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and expand into new markets.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple initiatives.
