Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the company.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on the performance to senior management regularly.
  • Offer exceptional post-sales support to ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the sector to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product development team to convey client needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales role for at least two years.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
