Business Development Executive

About The Role

This is a freelance business development partner role for recruitment and manpower services in Dubai, UAE.

The partner will help expand services by developing long-term relationships with UAE employers that have ongoing manpower needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new employer accounts in the UAE.
• Focus on companies with manpower requirements in logistics, construction, hospitality, security, manufacturing, and similar sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with UAE employers.
• Generate qualified employer meetings and convert recruitment business.
  
  

• Proven business development or sales experience in the UAE is required.
• Existing relationships with UAE companies are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-motivation are required.
• Candidates should be able to describe their UAE business development experience and the types of companies they can reach.
  
  

• Compensation is performance-based commission, with incentives for qualified employer meetings and commission for converted recruitment business.
• The listing states pay of AED 2,086.20 to AED 10,000 per month and says there is no heavy fixed salary.
  
  

• The role is described as hybrid remote in Dubai, with remote work plus client meetings.
