Join Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, as a Business Development Executive based in Dubai. You will be a front‑line seller responsible for identifying, developing and closing new B2B client opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership channels. Work closely with in‑country and regional specialists to grow Marsh’s footprint across medical and non‑medical insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and qualify a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the UAE through proactive outreach, networking and partner referrals.
- Represent Marsh at industry conferences, events and client meetings to expand market presence.
- Research target markets and design customer acquisition strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to increase cross‑solution penetration.
- Prepare, negotiate and close commercial proposals covering Marsh’s full suite of insurance and risk management products.
- Assist in preparing due diligence materials, client reports and presentations.
- Deliver presentations and advise senior‑level stakeholders on solutions and value propositions.
- Consistently pursue and exceed sales performance targets.
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM.
- Stay up to date on market trends and product developments in medical and non‑medical insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Experience selling across multiple lines of insurance (medical, property, casualty, employee benefits, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in “hunting” for new business through proactive outreach and referral generation.
