Milele Car Rental is looking for a driven, multi-lingual Business Development Executive to accelerate corporate partnerships and long-term rental growth in the UAE market.If you thrive on prospecting, closing structured deals, and building long-term client relationships — this role is for you.Your Mission

  • Expand our B2B client base, especially SMEs across key industries
  • Drive corporate partnerships for long-term rental and Lease-to-Own solutions
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term, revenue-generating contracts
  • Represent Milele car Rental on professional.

What You’ll Do🔹 B2B & Corporate Sales

  • Identify, approach, and secure SME and corporate clients
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and negotiate long-term agreements
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals in English & Arabic
  • Represent Milele at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings

🔹 Lease-to-Own (LTO) Sales

  • Respond quickly to inbound LTO leads
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and pipeline tracking
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed LTO contracts
  • Upsell insurance, warranties, upgrades, and value-added services

🔹 Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Track contracts, payment schedules, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with operations and finance for smooth onboarding
  • Prepare weekly sales pipeline and revenue reports
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, automotive leasing, or car rental
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close long-term business deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Understanding of UAE SME landscape and corporate sales cycles
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and highly organized
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office and digital sales tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, or financial services is a strong advantage.
