Job Title: Business Development Executive (Web3 Focus)

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with strong interest and knowledge in Web3, who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and support our growth efforts. This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for someone early in their BD career who’s ready to grow within a fast-paced, future-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support outreach and lead generation across the Web3 and emerging tech space
• Research potential clients and partnerships, and help manage the BD pipeline
• Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
• Coordinate and support follow-ups, onboarding, and internal handovers
• Attend and support in BD meetings and calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Stay up to date with Web3 industry trends, news, and events
• Work closely with the leadership and accounts teams to align on business development goals

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client-facing roles (agency or tech/startup background is a plus)
• Based in Dubai, or willing to relocate
• Knowledge and strong interest in Web3, crypto, or emerging tech, you don’t need to be an expert, but should be curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Confident in writing outreach emails, prepping slides, and supporting pitches
• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Pipedrive
