Business Development Executive : Digital Marketing & PR

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships for our Digital Marketing and PR agency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, sales-driven professional with strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both PR and digital marketing accounts. This role requires someone who can operate independently, generate new business, and maintain strong local networks within Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Digital Marketing and PR services.

• Research potential clients and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the UAE market.

• Prepare proposals, sales decks, and contracts to secure new business deals.

• Manage PR accounts and support digital marketing account activities when needed.

• Negotiate terms to maximize revenue and close deals effectively.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.

• Attend client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

• Gather client feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

• Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 1+ year of business development or sales experience in Dubai (mandatory).

• Experience selling Digital Marketing and/or PR services is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work independently.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel within Dubai for client meetings and events.
