About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven, energetic Sales Executive to drive new business for our blue-collar recruitment and manpower outsourcing services. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new clients, closing deals, growing revenue, and supporting timely payment collection across industries that rely on skilled and unskilled labor. You’ll be on the front line of business development, supported by our recruitment and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and prioritize industries that require blue-collar staffing (construction, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facility management, etc.).

Actively prospect and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of companies needing manpower solutions.

Research key decision-makers and secure appointments with HR, operations, and procurement stakeholders.

 

2. Sales Meetings, Pitches & Deal Closure

Meet prospects on-site to understand their workforce requirements and pain points.

Present our manpower outsourcing and recruitment services in a clear, compelling, and solution-focused manner.

Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

 

3. Client Relationship, Collections & Account Expansion

Build strong, long-term relationships with HR managers, operations heads, site managers, and procurement teams.

Regularly follow up with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional categories, new sites, more headcount).

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to service performance, deployment, and commercial terms.

Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to follow up on invoices and chase payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving basic payment-related issues with clients.

Position yourself as a trusted partner for clients on all manpower and service-related requirements.

 

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client requirements.

Clearly communicate client expectations, job profiles, and site conditions to internal stakeholders.

Support smooth onboarding of workers at client sites and coordinate for replacements or urgent ramp-ups when required.

Share feedback from clients (including payment or documentation-related concerns) with internal teams to improve service delivery and collection cycles.

 

5. Reporting, Targets & Strategy

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, proposals, contracts, and payment status in CRM or sales trackers.

Share weekly sales reports, pipeline status, collection updates, and market feedback with management.

Contribute ideas to expand into new industries, regions, or service offerings based on market intelligence.

Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales, revenue, and collection-related targets.

 

Qualifications Required

·        1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in blue-collar staffing, manpower supply, facility management, or related services.

·        Proven ability in field sales / B2B sales, with comfort in meeting clients at sites, camps, or offices.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Ability to understand client operations and manpower requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities.

·        Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site meetings.

Preferred

·        Experience working with industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, security, or facility management.

·        Existing network or client base in labor-intensive sectors.

·        Familiarity with recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing processes, especially for blue-collar categories.
