Key Responsibilities

Innovative Outreach: Design and implement creative business development strategies beyond traditional cold-calling, utilizing social selling, networking, and thought leadership.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of new business.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and "future-proof" our sales approach by identifying emerging talent needs in the global market.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
