Business Development Executive - UAE - Remote

About The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Business Development Manager based remotely in India to drive our expansion and strengthen our market presence. This is a strategic role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on building high-level professional relationships and creating opportunities where others see obstacles. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with senior leadership, and positioning our recruitment solutions as a vital asset to their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-growth companies and sectors that align with our recruitment expertise.
  • Executive Engagement: Initiate and lead discovery calls and presentations with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Innovative Outreach: Design and implement creative business development strategies beyond traditional cold-calling, utilizing social selling, networking, and thought leadership.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of new business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and "future-proof" our sales approach by identifying emerging talent needs in the global market.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
