Job Description

The Business Development Executive II is a critical role focused on identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company. As a Business Development Executive II, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company’s revenue stream.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with company goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to specific market segments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and minimize risk.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

  • Report regularly on sales progress and targets to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
