Job Description

As a Business Development Executive II, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and crafting strategies to increase the company's revenue. This role requires a keen understanding of the market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall business objectives. Your proactive approach, coupled with analytical thinking, will aid in achieving significant business milestones and contribute to the company's success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure company growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the organization’s business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for long-term retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive incremental growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Report on business development activities and generate performance reports for management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s brand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met timely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically to drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
