Job Description

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Forex industry (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading, platforms, and financial markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long‑term partnerships.
  • Present company services/products clearly and professionally to potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
