Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in the Fitout sector, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the company’s client base through targeted market research, industry networking, and the cultivation of strong relationships. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our company remains a leader in the fitout services industry by identifying potential clients, pitching services, and effectively managing the end-to-end sales cycle. You will collaborate with internal teams such as design, project management, and operations to ensure client expectations are met, translating client needs into successful project outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the fitout industry sector.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Manage and strategize market and competitive analyses to identify potential threats.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to align on client project needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations regarding project timelines.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote company fitout services.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients effectively.
  • Provide detailed regular reports on client and business development activity.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to devise marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Initiate and drive business development activities on a regular basis.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in the construction or fitout services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success.
  • Strong networking abilities and established industry contacts preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software will be beneficial.
