The Business Development Executive (B2B) will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our business reach across different markets and segments. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales activities with overall business strategies.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to senior management concerning progress towards sales targets.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and strategic selling principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
