Job Description

The Business Development Executive is pivotal in driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of new projects. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness in target markets.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms, agreements, and closing deals with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new market opportunities for business growth.
  • Keep updated records of prospective and existing account activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand client base.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
