Job Description

A Business Development Executive plays a critical role in the growth and success of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and facilitating long-term organizational growth. They conduct market research to discover potential clients, follow up on leads, and establish key relationships that lead to new business. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a business development role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for client relations.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and creativity.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient work management.
