Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business agreements with clients to achieve win-win deals.
  • Meet and exceed specified sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance metrics.
  • Participate in networking activities and relevant industry events to expand outreach.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing post-sale support and addressing inquiries.
  • Develop strategic plans for entry into new markets and business segments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or similar sales roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex business deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
