Job Description

Job Objective

To handle inbound and outbound customer and patient calls efficiently while ensuring excellent service delivery at the Front-End Customer & Patient Call Centre. The role aims to provide accurate information, assist with appointment scheduling, and support operational excellence through effective communication in Arabic and English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth healthcare service coordination.



Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately using call center systems.
  • Provide information regarding services, procedures, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer/patient records in CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on missed calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and call quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information.
