Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry networking events.
