Your main purpose
Implement regional strategies with trade partners for Sani and Ikos with a particular focus on the Sani Suite Collection/Ikos Deluxe Collection to increase revenues and ADR; Supporting the Senior regional Team in their business development trips in the GCC market planning and following up requirements to cover key accounts, family offices and roadshows with our key partners.
Identify and develop key deliverables to support RSO strategy via the implementation of tools and programs such as the Travel Agent Portal, incentive programs and Ambassador Club initiatives to increase engagement with our brands in market; Provide daily account management of key Tour Operator partners in market to ensure robust marketing plans are in place and agreed targets set through the delivery of key account development plans to increase market share and revenues.
Supporting the team with customized presentations and monthly reporting preparations.
Ensure brand standards are adhered to by the RSO team by monitoring BDSM’s plans for hosted client events, familiarization trips, trade and consumer shows and sales calls, and ensure all tools are in place to support.
Follow ups and ensuring key partnerships contracting, rate loadings and digital marketing initiatives and brochures participations are on trach.
Identify, build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships and industry partners (tourist offices, airlines, associations, consortia) and maximize on these to help achieve RSO targets; Review with Marketing in Head Office Greece to deliver trade sales and marketing activities i.e. trade emails, flyers, newsletters, BDM requests, promotional items and create approved presentation materials & procedures to ensure brand consistency.
What will you bring?
GCSE, A Level Education; BA or BSc minimum.
Market Language fluent in English Language proficient, Russian will be an added value.
Good GCC Market Knowledge And Experience – Minimum 5 Years.
05 years’ experience in the Travel Industry in a similar Sales and Marketing position.
Proven ability to identify and profile new market opportunities, maintain competitive product knowledge, and make strategic or tactical recommendations to increase market share and revenues.
MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
