GuestReady is an award-winning startup in the sharing economy. Its mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid-term rentals, as well as any operations that are related to turning over guests, and to optimise listings to incur a maximum yield for the client. The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives), and today manages around  6000 properties across 20 cities, has sold 1,200,000+ guest nights and generated rental income of €200m+ for owners.

As we expand in the UAE GuestReady welcomes team members who can push our vision forward.  We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This is an exciting role that will span across increasing GuestReady’s supply of properties to manage, as well as increasing demand for bookings at our properties. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.

Responsibilities:

Identify Target Market

Focus on high-value properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, buildings) in key & thriving neighborhoods

Leverage Existing Networks

o Raise awareness about GuestReady; Attend industry networking events & trade shows

o Utilise personal and professional network to find leads - affiliates, investors, developers

o Collaborate with influential personalities in the real estate and travel sectors to expand reach and credibility

Communicate GR Value proposition

o Clearly communicate GuestReady’s unique selling points, such as comprehensive property management services and potential revenue increases

o Use real-world examples and success stories to build credibility and trust with potential clients

o Create and distribute valuable content (e.g., blog posts, opinion pieces, case studies) that addresses the pain points of property owners); Use content to nurture leads and demonstrate GuestReady’s expertise in property management


Build Solid Outbound Strategy & Pipeline

o Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritises opportunities for growth with property developers, brokers and agents, in order to:

  • Refer GuestReady’s services to property investors

  • Refer GuestReady leads that are interested in buying property

  • Partner with investors & developers to manage their buildings

  • Explore Fixed Rent deals

o Develop targeted email and phone call campaigns to reach owners and managers

o Form strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, and travel agencies to gain referrals

o Use outbound marketing tools to find and reach potential clients

o Build corporate relationships for corporate bookings and extended stays

Build Successful Referral Programs & Promotions

o Develop and promote referral & kickback programs to encourage current clients and partners to refer new property owners to GuestReady

o Offer incentives for successful referrals to motivate participation

o Plan and run limited time promotions to garner interest & conversion during low season

o Negotiate and convert deals


Measure Impact

o Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of outbound campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of business and sales techniques 

  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills 

  • Fluency in English is required, any additional languages is  a plus 

  • Previous business development experience ideally within the Real Estate sector in the UAE

  • A network of property owners, developers, brokers and investors is a must 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the short-term rental market, including pricing dynamics, property management best practices, and guest expectations.

  • Proven track record of sales growth 

  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Organizational and problem solving skills
