A Business Developer plays a crucial role in driving a company’s growth and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to improve overall team performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and forecast business trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
