Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out industry.
  • Manage existing client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide regular market updates, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience in DUBAI fit-out industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of project execution and fit-out materials.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes.
