experiences for brands, government entities, and cultural institutions. We specialize in storytelling

through design, leveraging interactive technologies and high-impact installations at major events and

exhibitions across the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Business Developer to deliver

Rayqube’s commercial operations and unlock new growth opportunities. This pivotal role will drive

business development, manage high-demanding clients, and spearhead strategic partnerships with

stakeholders in marketing and event domains.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in the exhibitions industry, strong experience in

digital storytelling-driven spatial design, and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-

makers at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with Rayqube’s vision

 Cultivate relationships with CMOs, heads of events, and agency leaders

 Drive sales of high-value experiential solutions and design-led installations

 Identify and pursue new market segments, partnerships, and growth areas

 Optimise the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure

 Collaborate in sales operations, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks

 Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and production teams

 Own revenue targets, commercial budgets, and performance KPIs

Candidate Profile

 10+ years of commercial results experience, with a strong sales orientation

 Track record in selling design-led experiences or tech-integrated environments

 Deep domain knowledge of the events, exhibitions, or brand experience industry

 Strong portfolio of C-level relationships in marketing and exhibition circles

 Strategic thinker with strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills

 Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment

Ideal Candidate Has

 Closed high-value deals with marketing leaders and event heads and exhibition clients

 Sold or led initiatives involving digital storytelling, interactive tech, or spatial experience

design

 Experience working with large-scale government events, expos, or branded activations

 Strong presence in GCC markets, with networks in KSA, UAE, and beyond
