Job Description

Key Performance Indicators – Business Development Executive

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Secure 10–12 client meetings per month
Generate 5–6 genuine RFQ / tender opportunities per month
Build and maintain a minimum AED 750K–1M monthly sales pipeline
Develop relationships with interior designers, consultants, PMCs, corporate clients and decision-makers
Complete 2–3 new client/vendor registrations per month
Maintain consistent follow-up on quotations and ongoing opportunities
Target approximately AED 750K–1M in confirmed business per quarter during the initial phase
Maintain accurate weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Actively contribute to new market development and client acquisition

Performance will be reviewed based on quality of leads, pipeline development, client engagement, conversions and actual business secured.
