The role

You'll be on the phones, in meetings, and in front of clients, turning curious leads into long-term relationships. Build your pipeline. Grow with us.

What you'll do:

- Prospect and run outbound calls daily

- Lead in-person client meetings and presentations

- Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM clean

- Coordinate onboarding with internal teams

- Hit monthly sales and revenue targets

What we're looking for:

- 6 months to 1 year UAE experience in sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or client-facing roles

- Strong communication: clear on calls, confident face-to-face

- Discipline to handle pressure and follow up properly

- Background in Brokerage, Banking, Insurance, or Fintech is a plus

- English + Hindi or Arabic preferred
