Job Description: Business Analyst – Cash Management Platform

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting

business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives. The role involves

working closely with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams and Vendor to

design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis

 Engage with corporate banking (WBG), operations, and product teams to gather

Requirements

 Analyze current-state cash management processes

 Define future-state solutions

 Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories

Cash Management Domain

 Corporate Digital Channels

 Account Services

 Payments (Domestic (FTS, NPSS, IPP), Cross-border (Swift/Remittance), WPS, Card &

Utility)

 Collections & Receivables (Direct Debit, Remote Check Scanning, PDC Management)

 Virtual Account & Liquidity Management

 Remote Cheque Printing

 H2H, SWIFT FileAct, APIs

Stakeholder Management

 Act as bridge between business and IT

 Conduct workshops and discovery sessions

 Coordinate with vendors

Testing & UAT

 Define test cases and scenarios

 Support SIT and UAT

 Track defects and closures

Implementation Support

 Support implementation lifecycle

 Assist in training and go-live

 Provide post-go-live support

Skills & Competencies

 Cash management and payments knowledge

 Process mapping and documentation

 Stakeholder communication

 Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV), Data

Mapping & Interface specification

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

 8–10 years banking experience

 Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g.,Intellect, Oracle,

Infosys, AurionPro)
