We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst to drive high-impact transformation initiatives across the organization. This role blends a product mindset, deep understanding of sales and commercial processes, strong analytical capability, and hands-on experience shaping Agentic AI solutions. Description
- Product Mindset & Solution Ownership:
Treat business solutions as products - define problem statements, build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and own outcomes end-to-end. Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, measurable value, and iterative releases.
- Sales & Commercial Process Excellence:
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and pipeline management to forecasting, conversion, and revenue realization. Partner with commercial teams to identify friction points and design data-driven interventions that improve sales velocity and effectiveness.
- Agentic AI & Transformation:
Lead the ideation, design, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across functions such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience. Define autonomous and human-in-the-loop agent workflows, build use cases with clear ROI, and track performance against business outcomes. Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and proactively bring transformative ideas to the table.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to interrogate large, complex datasets, identify patterns and root causes, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Build robust analytical models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management.
- MIS Reporting & Power BI:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking. Build data models, DAX measures, and interactive visualizations that deliver timely, accurate, and decision-ready KPIs and strategic metrics to leadership.
- Automation & Process Improvement:
Identify and lead automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate, Python, or RPA platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and embed scalable, future-ready processes.
Analyze business trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making. Challenge assumptions and frame opportunities that drive growth and efficiency.
Work with IT and transformation teams to evaluate, pilot, and implement digital tools that enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational visibility.
Maintain documentation for automated processes, AI agent workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency, governance, and scalability.
Drive user onboarding and change management for new tools and processes. Create training materials and conduct sessions to maximize adoption and value realization.
Ensure reporting, automation, and AI processes adhere to internal controls, data governance policies, and security standards.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's/MBA is a plus
- Certifications in data analytics, Power BI, automation tools, AI platforms, product management (e.g., CSPO), or Agile are a plus
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, commercial/sales analytics, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience with digital transformation and AI/automation initiatives
- Exposure to sales processes and/or financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close
- Track record of owning solutions or products from concept to delivery
