Perform end-to-end incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness
Perform ad-hoc business incentives simulation, data analysis requests with quick turnaround
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and knowledge of SQL, SAS, PowerBI or similar BI and Analytical tools will be added advantage
Automate recurring tasks, simulations, processes, adjustments to reduce manual effort
Develop and maintain incentive-related datasets for analysis, insights and ad-hoc requests
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in outputs
Effective workload prioritization
Manage data-related challenges, timely communication with management and stakeholders for timely corrective actions where required
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Database Analytics or related discipline required
Must have at least 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or data analytics (incentives/sales performance preferred)
Familiarity with Retail Banking products, distribution, and sales structures
Functional knowledge of banking MIS, management reporting, and performance KPIs
Candidates should have good Communication and Presentation skills. Ability to liaise with business teams to perform best practice in data representation and data sharing
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Base SAS certified professional will be preferred
Openness to learn/adapt new technologies as per the changing business trends
