We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a ERP transformation program, replacing multiple existing finance systems with a unified platform across several companies. The role will work closely with a Business Process Lead, to support the design, documentation and implementation of standardised finance and procurement processes.

This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the Business Process Lead in documenting current (as-is) and defining future (to-be) finance and procurement processes as part of the ERP implementation.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for the ERP implementation team.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and business scenarios aligned with design standards and program governance.
  • Participate in design workshops and support the evaluation of ERP solutions to ensure alignment with standardise processes.
  • Assist with testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), and support in resolving functional issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance, procurement, IT and implementation partners to ensure readiness for deployment and successful adoption across participating entities.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ Years professional experience working as a Business Analyst within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyse, document and improve finance and procurement processes, translating operational needs into structured process flows and requirements.
  • Experience working with Cloud-based ERP platforms, supporting requirements definition, process mapping, and functional design.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across finance, procurement, IT and implementation partners facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment across multiple entities.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, assess impacts, and support the resolution of functional issues during design, build and testing phases.
  • Experience supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including development of test scenarios and validation of system functionality against business requirements.
