Business Analyst Tax

BlackStone eIT is seeking a specialized Business Analyst (Tax) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing tax-related business processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies
• Gather and document detailed tax-related business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with tax experts, financial teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate translation of tax requirements into technical solutions
• Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on implications for system requirements and processes
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of tax software solutions and process changes
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax-related system functionalities
• Provide training and support materials to end-users on tax processes and systems
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tax software systems and ERP platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
