Job Title: Business Analyst - OBDX

Job Description:

Role Summary:

  • The Business Analyst will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and delivering Group / Corporate Onboarding solutions using Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX). The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless digital onboarding journeys aligned with banking regulations and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements-

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Group / Corporate Customer Onboarding journeys.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with OBDX capabilities.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
  • Act as a bridge between business users, compliance, operations, and IT teams.

OBDX & Digital Banking-

  • Work extensively on OBDX onboarding modules (Retail / Corporate / Group Onboarding).
  • Define customer journeys for:
  • Group entity onboarding
  • Parent–subsidiary relationships
  • Authorized signatories and role hierarchies
  • Multi-entity and multi-country onboarding
  • Configure and validate onboarding workflows, UI screens, and rule-based flows.

Regulatory & Compliance-

  • Ensure onboarding flows comply with:
  • KYC / AML / CDD / EDD
  • FATCA / CRS
  • Local and global regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to embed controls in digital journeys.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations with:
  • Core Banking Systems
  • CRM
  • AML / KYC engines
  • Document management systems
  • Define data requirements, validations, and field mappings.

Testing & Delivery-

  • Support UAT planning and execution.
  • Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validate end-to-end onboarding flows.
  • Support defect triage and resolution.
  • Assist with go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

Mandatory:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience with OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience).
  • Solid understanding of Corporate / Group Onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, regulatory onboarding requirements.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • OBDX modules and configuration understanding
  • BPMN / Process Modeling
  • APIs and integration concepts
  • Data mapping and validation
  • JIRA / Confluence or similar tools
